Despite this beautiful chapel being sympathetically converted to a home, potential buyers struggled to see how to live in it.

The property sat on the market for months and the asking price had been reduced by over 20%. 

Rebel Property Staging designed a scheme to reflect the target market and the architecture of the property, as well as the surrounding area.

Within three weeks of the staging the chapel had sold with the buyer requesting to keep much of the furniture.

The developers wanted a showcase house for their portfolio as well as moving quickly on a sale.

They fully understood the power of staging to present to buyers a luxury look and feel to the property in order to command the highest price.

Staging took place over 24 hours and the developers accepted an offer within a couple of weeks of hitting the market, and again the buyers requested to purchase some of the furniture.

We designed a scheme to be sympathetic to the original features of the property like the oak panelling, but to also show how a younger target market could decorate it.
