Home stagers assess the entire property, point out aspects that might put off potential buyers, advise on improvements and bring in furniture/accessories to ensure the property is presented in the best possible light.

Step 1. Initial chat to discuss the property and the target market.

Step 2. We’ll send you a quote.

Step 3. Agree an installation date, sign the contract and pay 50% deposit.

Step 4. Install day – we collect the keys and transform your property making it market and photo ready.

We recommend professional photographs which we can arrange. The average cost is £250 plus travel time.

Pricing

Remember staging a property is always cheaper than reducing your property’s asking price.

Below are our guideline prices to stage an empty property. This typically includes entrance/hall, living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms/ kitchen styling:

1 bed = £1995

2 bed = £2495

3 bed = £3495

4 bed and more = bespoke price depending on size

The staging fee includes an eight week furniture rental period starting the day the property is staged and ready to photograph. Alternative rental periods and additional weeks can be agreed if required.

Other Services

HMO properties/Service Accommodation – Prices are dependent on scale and scope of the property.

Home staging report  – Don’t need furniture rental but want to know how best to present your property? We also offer a two hour consultation visit with recommendations for obtaining the best sale price in the shortest time. This service is £395 plus travel.
